These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, platforms, tools, and services, including access to our database of 100,000+ regional comparables sourced from various third party sources, accordingly the role GulfTP is that of an aggregator of company data available in the public domain (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

  1.Use of Services

   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or     professional use. You agree not to:  

• Share login credentials or access with third parties;
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share data from the platform;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of our database or technology;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  

   

    2. Proprietary Rights

     All content, data, tools, software, and methodologies provided on the platform are owned by GulfTP. This includes but is not limited to:

• The structure and organization of our benchmarking tools;
• All curated comparable company data, including financial data;
• Visualizations, dashboards, and any analytics derived from your use of the platform. 
  
  

  
    3. Scope of Benchmarking

      Our platform enables benchmarking across Gulf-specific TP use cases, including but not limited to:

• KMP remuneration benchmarking;
• Intercompany service pricing;
• IP and royalty benchmarking;
• Management fees and shared services benchmarking.

     We place no limitations on sector, industry, or transaction type within your license.

     Please note that, while our endeavour would be to provide functionally comparable data based on the information provided to us                         regarding the related party transaction(s), however, our cause may be restricted either due to limited availability of public data of the                 comparable(s) or that the related party transaction(s) intended to be benchmarked is not usually undertaken between unrelated parties.

      Also, please note that the information on the database is continuously being updated and thus the results may undergo a change which            may be in variation to result provided earlier. GulfTP does not bear responsibility for updating the search results with the latest data for a            search conducted earlier.

  4.Access and Fees

        Access to the platform is subject to the payment of applicable subscription or service fees as per your chosen plan. Failure to make timely          payments may result in restricted access or suspension of your account.

  5.Termination

      We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse, breach of these            Terms, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and you must destroy any downloaded or exported data.

  6. Disclaimer

       The Service and all related content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not                  warrant:                                 

• That the data is 100% accurate or complete;
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• The fitness of the data for any particular purpose.

        You use the data at your own risk.

  7.Limitation of Liability

     To the fullest extent permitted by law, GulfTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of        your use or inability to use the Service.

      Our total liability in any matter related to the Service is limited to the immediate previous fee paid by you.

  8.Governing Law

      These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, specifically the             laws applicable in the City of Houston, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the           state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
